Well, most bundles have short hair mixed in with the longer strands so that the bundle appears fuller. However, this causes the ends of the bundle to be thin and the hair is more likely to tangle. Double draw bundles are made using only the long lengths. This reduces frizzing and tangling. It also causes the ends to be very full and healthy.
