Shipping Policy

All orders take 24 - 48 hours to process and take a minimum of 7 to 10 business days to ship. All custom units take 10 - 15 business days to process before being shipped. Please note that business days do not include weekends or holidays. Also orders are completed in the order they are purchased and we do not provide express/overnight shipping. In addition, to maintain efficiency and timeliness, we do not allow customers to pay extra to skip the line. Please email us at if you have any further questions.

Pre - order units take at least an additional 7 - 14 business days to ship.

 Address changes need to be made before your order is shipped. If you have any issues with shipping please contact your local post office.

Due to Covid - 19 shipments may possibly be delayed.

Free pickup is available for those who stay locally.

We will be closed from December 24th to January 4th during the holidays. Any purchases made during this time will begin processing after January 4th. Happy holidays!

Return & Exchange Policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL! Please note that exchanges will only be permitted if the customer receives the wrong order.

If by chance you do receive the wrong order, please e-mail to notify us of the situation. Hair must be in its original packaging and untampered with.

If any fraudulent activity is suspected, please contact us first to resolve. Please remember all sales are final and any claims will be disputed promptly and reversed.
