Shipping Policy

All clothing and accessory orders take 24 - 48 hours to process. All custom units take 10 - 15 business days to process before being shipped unless it is marked ready to ship. This time frame is used to gather the materials needed to complete your order and accounts for any shipping delays on our end. Following the processing time, it can take 7-10 business days for the unit to be ready to ship. During this period we construct, color and slay your unit. Most units ship before this time frame but please be aware of processing and shipping times before purchasing. For bundles, frontals and full lace wigs please check the description for the processing time. Please note that business days do not include weekends or holidays. Also orders are completed in the order they are purchased. In addition, to maintain efficiency and timeliness, we do not allow customers to pay extra to skip the line. Pre - order items take 10 - 15 days to process and at least an additional 7 - 14 business days to ship.

 Address changes need to be made before your order is shipped. If you have any issues with shipping please contact your local post office.

Due to Covid - 19 shipments may possibly be delayed.

Free pickup is available for those who stay locally.

We will be closed from December 24th to January 4th during the holidays. Any purchases made during this time will begin processing after January 4th. Happy holidays!

Return & Exchange Policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL! Please note that exchanges will only be permitted if the customer receives the wrong order.

If by chance you do receive the wrong order, please e-mail to notify us of the situation. Hair must be in its original packaging and untampered with.

If any fraudulent activity is suspected, please contact us first to resolve. Please remember all sales are final and any claims will be disputed promptly and reversed.
