Shipping Policy

All custom units take 7 - 14 business days to process before being shipped unless it is marked ready to ship. During this period we construct, color and slay your unit. This time also accounts for any shipping delays on our end. Most units ship before this time frame but please be aware of processing and shipping times before purchasing. For bundles, frontals and full lace wigs please double check the description for the amount of time it will take to prepare before shipping. Some bundles may have a longer processing time than others. However, most bundles take 1 - 7 business days to process before being prepared to ship. Please note that business days do not include weekends or holidays. Also, orders are completed in the order they are purchased. In addition, to maintain efficiency and timeliness, we do not allow customers to pay extra to skip the line. Pre - order items take 10 - 20  days to process before they are ready to ship.

If you order multiple units, your order can take an extra 5 - 7 days for the units to ship together.

 Address changes need to be made before your order is shipped. If you have any issues with shipping, please contact your local post office. If further assistance is needed please reach out to us at lafluxellc@gmail.com for assistance. In the event of carrier loss or mishandling, all packages are fully insured and a claim will be filed on your behalf to provide you with a refund.

Free pickup is available for those who stay locally.

All orders made in November and December are subject to longer processing times since it is during the busy holiday season. Please account for possible shipment delays up to 7 days. We will work diligently to stay as close to normal shipping times as possible. We will be closed from November 24th to November 26th and December 24th to January 1st during the holidays. Any purchases made during this time will begin processing after January 1st. Happy holidays!

Return & Exchange Policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL! Please note that exchanges will only be permitted if the customer receives the wrong order.

If by any chance a customer is granted a refund due to no fault of our own, there will be a 20% restocking fee. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. All returns need to be shipped back within 7 days of delivery. If your order is not sent back within the allotted time frame all sales will remain final. If a dispute is filed before an order is shipped in an effort to try and get around the, all sales are final policy, your order will be frozen. We will counter your dispute and shipping will only proceed after the dispute is resolved. 

Local New Orleans orders can use code NOLA to take off shipping cost and schedule pickup.

If by chance you do receive the wrong order, please e-mail lafluxellc@gmail.com to notify us of the situation. Hair must be in its original packaging and untampered with. 

Due to the high value of our products, we have implemented an enhanced verification policy requiring customers to upload a valid photo ID to confirm their identity. This measure is designed to minimize fraudulent transactions.​

If any fraudulent activity is suspected, please contact us first to resolve. Please remember all sales are final and any claims will be disputed promptly and reversed.
